By accessing or using the website templetexasmasonry.com or by engaging the services of Temple Concrete & Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to this website and to all customers who request, schedule, or receive services from Temple Concrete & Masonry.
Temple Concrete & Masonry provides masonry contracting services in Temple, TX and surrounding communities, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, brick work, tuckpointing, retaining walls, masonry restoration, and related services. A complete list of services is available on our website.
All services are subject to a free on-site assessment and a written proposal before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by Temple Concrete & Masonry are based on the conditions observed at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
The final price for services will match the written estimate unless you request changes to the scope of work, unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work that materially affect the job, or access to work areas is restricted in ways not disclosed at the time of the estimate. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Free estimates are provided at no cost and create no obligation to proceed with any work.
Once a written proposal is accepted and a deposit (if required) is received, we will schedule your project and confirm the start date in writing. Scheduling is subject to crew availability and weather conditions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, at our discretion, depending on materials already ordered or work already performed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would affect the quality or safety of the work. We will notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms are outlined in your written proposal. In general, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling for larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work and your satisfaction sign-off, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of proposal. Invoices not paid within the terms agreed upon in the proposal may be subject to a late fee as permitted by Texas law.
Temple Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Temple Concrete & Masonry warrants that all work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty on specific work will be detailed in the written proposal or completion documents for that job.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, flooding, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, damage caused by third parties, or failure to follow post-completion care instructions provided by our crew.
Material warranties, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the respective manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temple Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the services provided, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of use.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
